Help! , how to get to SDK API TARGET 33 ( Android 13 )

api 33 I randomly started getting the error regarding the change in Bluetooth API 33 for my nht time profile which disables BT. Are there any workarounds available?. Existing apps must target Android 13 (API level 33) or hher to remain available to new users on devices running Android OS hher than your app's target
